Diese App richtet sich an Einsatzkräfte, Sicherheitsdienste, Behördenpersonal sowie alle Personen, die in konfliktbelasteten Situationen professionell, sicher und deeskalierend handeln möchten – ob im öffentlichen Dienst, Gesundheitswesen oder im privaten Sicherheitssektor.

The idea is education to maintain the ability to act by closing knowledge gaps, as well as education to promote a lasting sense of security in our society as a vision!
De-escalation training is more of a team sport than competitive training, as in martial arts. In a team, you proceed in a coordinated and tactical manner to achieve a common goal. This may involve infringing on fundamental rights. Therefore, it is important to comply with rules, laws and regulations and to provide justification. Uncertainty and serious danger to life are the central focus, as the opposing party (disturber) often acts unpredictably and without regard for rules or tactics. In principle, it is important to respond to the actions of the disruptive party in a manner appropriate to the situation, in terms of necessity and proportionality! De-escalation focuses more on the process than the result. Whereas here, the focus is directly on the result, such as overcoming a present danger in the form of a punch.
