We provide a comprehensive manual for PAV in accordance with AZAV, including all relevant annexes and linked documents in accordance with ISO 9001. These are provided in a structured, digital folder hierarchy that meets the requirements of AZAV. This ensures proper AZAV approval.
We provide a complete manual for ISO 9001, including all necessary evidence and linked documents. The documentation is stored digitally in a systematic and traceable manner so that it optimally complies with the quality standards of ISO 9001. In this way, we support the smooth and standard-compliant accreditation of your educational institution.
Sense and purpose
Sound advice on AZAV and quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 strengthens the competitiveness of training providers in the security industry in the long term. The clear structure of the manual and the systematic implementation of the continuous improvement process (CIP) make processes transparent and training quality measurable.
This not only enables successful certification, but also promotes continuous optimisation of educational offerings – for example, through targeted adjustments to participant needs or new legal requirements.
Consulting for educational institutions and security companies!
‘Simplicity is the highest form of perfection.’ – Leonardo da Vinci
Our aim here is not only to meet the formal requirements of the AZAV, but above all to consistently implement a comprehensive quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, specially tailored to private employment agencies (PAV). A central element of this is the manual, which describes all processes, responsibilities and procedures in detail, thus creating the basis for transparency and traceability. Of particular importance is the continuous improvement process (CIP), which enables training providers to systematically identify weaknesses, derive measures and continuously optimise the quality of their training programmes. The combination of structured instructions and a dynamic CIP ensures that both the certification requirements and the individual requirements of the participants are met and exceeded in the long term. In this way, we support training providers in the security industry not only in successfully mastering AZAV certification, but also in establishing sustainable quality standards.
Manual & illustrations
Int. Safety GmbH
Our organisational charts, process landscapes and continuous improvement process (CIP) are exemplary visualisations that are specifically tailored to training providers in the security industry in accordance with Section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO). They demonstrate how complex content can be conveyed in a clear and practical manner.
However, these illustrations are only a small selection from our entire portfolio: we offer a wide range of other didactically optimised graphics that can be individually adapted and flexibly integrated into training courses, QM manuals or digital learning environments – always CI-compliant and tailored to your requirements.
The shape is...
...from clearly structured manuals to well-organised folder structures that bundle all relevant content and processes in a comprehensible manner, thus ensuring easy operation and efficient maintenance.
In synergy with the ‘§ 34a GewO learning app’, our classroom analysis tool visualises the learning progress of learning groups and individual training participants in line with the CIP.
Visualisation as a quality feature
Use of illustrations in the PAV manual in accordance with AZAV requirements
Illustrations play a key role in the creation of an AZAV-compliant manual for private employment agencies (PAV). Not only do they serve to better illustrate processes and content, they also support the clear structuring and traceability of the measures conveyed – a key criterion in the context of agency and measure approval in accordance with Section 2 AZAV.
In line with AZAV requirements for quality, transparency and participant orientation, graphic elements such as flowcharts, diagrams and process illustrations are indispensable tools in manual design. They help to present complex teaching processes, internal procedures and educational concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner – both for internal auditors and external expert bodies (FKS).
Illustrations in the handbook reduce cognitive strain when reading, promote systematic understanding and facilitate implementation in everyday teaching practice. At the same time, they contribute to documenting the structure of measures as required by the AZAV handbook: comprehensible, structured and quality-assured.
Our visualisations are targeted and prepared in accordance with standards – they are based on the quality criteria defined in the AZAV for lesson planning, measure documentation and learning success monitoring. Through the targeted use of illustrations, the handbook becomes a practical, understandable and exam-proof guide for employees, measure providers and certifiers.
Illustrations are therefore not merely a tool, but a central design element in the creation of an effective, AZAV-compliant manual – they make structures visible, convey processes transparently and contribute to sustainable quality assurance in private employment agencies.
